Oliver Ceballos has been with Bafidis Injury Law Firm for two years, specializing in Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases. Throughout his time with the firm, Oliver has consistently demonstrated his commitment to providing clients with high-quality legal support.

Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, Oliver ensures clear communication between clients and the legal team. With a solid understanding of both pre-litigation and litigation phases, he effectively guides clients through the process, making sure they are informed and supported every step of the way.

Zenia Favela is a bilingual Paralegal with over 20 years of experience in the legal field. She has dedicated her career to supporting individuals navigating the legal system, particularly those who have suffered injuries through no fault of their own.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Zenia takes pride in serving a diverse client base with equal care, compassion, and professionalism. Her ability to communicate clearly in both languages ensures that clients feel heard and supported during some of the most challenging times in their lives.

In her role, Zenia is known for her empathy, attention to detail, and strong knowledge of personal injury law. She plays a vital part in case management and client communication, ensuring each case receives the attention it deserves.

Outside of work, Zenia enjoys spending time with her family and beloved pets. She also loves traveling, camping, and cooking. Her favorite travel destination is Tampa, Florida.

As a Certified Mediator and Legal Project Manager, Matias brings a strategic, results-driven approach to legal support—prioritizing efficiency, precision, and exceptional client service. He is deeply committed to delivering tailored, client-centered solutions that advance litigation goals while optimizing outcomes.

Michael Garcia is a nurse who has practiced in critical care, medical surgical, nursing homes, home health, and in hospice settings. In addition, he has been an administrator, charge nurse, and has advanced certification and specialty is in wound care and ostomies. In addition to his nursing degree, Mr. Garcia went on and continued his studies in law, earning an ABA approved general practice paralegal certificate from Concorde College along with a BMS in applied law and office technology from The University of Texas. Mr. Garcia is continuing his studies in taxation and currently is authorized by the IRS to prepare and e-file both individual and business tax returns.

As a paralegal Mr. Garcia has focused on personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.  He is leader amongst his colleagues, bringing to the Bafidis team both his medical and legal training, which allows him to provide support to attorneys and clients from a perspective that very few people can provide.

He loves his God and church and to participate in their community outreaches. When he is not working or studying, you can find him at one of the Texas state parks, camping and hiking and just enjoying this great state of Texas.

Alfredo Jimenez is a skilled litigation paralegal at BAFIDIS Law Injury Firm, PLLC, with over four years of experience supporting attorneys in both personal injury and commercial litigation.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Alfredo plays a key role in preparing cases involving motor vehicle accidents, 18-wheeler collisions, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and complex business disputes. Born in Inglewood, California, and raised in Tepatitlán de Morelos, Jalisco, Alfredo brings global perspective and local grit to his work. He earned his bachelor’s degree in international business from the Universidad de Guadalajara.

Known for his precision and tenacity in trial preparation and discovery, Alfredo is a trusted part of the litigation team. Outside of work, Alfredo enjoys mountain biking, volleyball, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Miyoko Lindsey is a committed paralegal with extensive experience focusing on personal injury and complex litigation. She has demonstrated a strong dedication to advocating for the rights of individuals who have been injured by others, through no fault of their own. 

In 2011, Miyoko earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in Mexico City. In 2017, Miyoko obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Paralegal Studies from Liberty University. In 2018, Miyoko moved to San Antonio, where she obtained a Master of Laws (L.L.M.) from St. Mary’s University School of Law. 

Miyoko is bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish, utilizing this skill to assist those who find it difficult to speak out for themselves. Her bicultural background has allowed her to serve a diverse number of clients.  

Prior to joining Bafidis Law Injury Firm, Miyoko worked for nearly 6 years as a Commercial Litigation Paralegal. In her previous roles, she obtained significant experience working for some of the most prestigious attorneys in Texas.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Miyoko enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a hardcore animal lover.

Beverly is a bilingual personal injury paralegal, focusing primarily on motor vehicle accident (MVA) cases. With a strong foundation in medical and business studies, she brings valuable insight into the intersection of healthcare and legal claims.

Her motivation to advocate for accident victims stems from a personal loss—a loved one tragically taken in an MVA. This experience fuels her empathetic, client-centered approach and her dedication to helping others navigate one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Known for her attention to detail and commitment to thorough case management, she provides steady support from intake to resolution, working hard to secure the best outcomes for every client she serves.

Aurora Salazar is a native of Hebbronville, Texas.  She is a dedicated paralegal with over 30 years of experience supporting attorneys in various areas of law, including personal injury, family law, probate, immigration and oil and gas. 

Aurora has worked with several prestigious law firms that has helped her be a organized, accurate and efficient paralegal.  Aurora has also worked with civil litigation and assisted attorneys in Trial. During her free time, Aurora enjoys cooking with her husband, reading and walking and most of all enjoys spending time with her loving family.
